Welcome to Tic Tac Battle, a classic strategy game developed by AppVerge. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you download, install, and play Tic Tac Battle on your Android device.

Tic Tac Battle is a local mobile game that allows players to:

- Play against a Friend on the same device (local 2-player)
- Use a turn timer for competitive play

The game does NOT require an internet connection to play.
All gameplay is processed entirely on your device.

5.2 Ad-Free Experience
Users who purchase a premium subscription will not see any banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads. No ad-related data collection by Facebook Audience Network will occur for premium users during ad-free sessions.

When you subscribe:

6.5 Subscription Across Devices
Your subscription is tied to your Google account. If you sign in with the same Google account on another device, your premium status will be automatically restored when the app verifies your subscription with Google Play.
6.6 Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your subscription by opening the app while signed into the same Google account used for the original purchase. The app automatically checks your subscription status on launch.
7. Internet Connectivity
Tic Tac Battle is designed to be fully playable offline.
- All game modes (vs AI, vs Friend) work without internet
- All game logic runs entirely on your device
- Sound effects are stored locally and work offline
- Game settings and preferences work offline
Internet connection is only used for:
- Loading and displaying advertisements (when applicable)
- Verifying subscription status with Google Play
- Loading rewarded video ads for undo moves
If you are offline:
- Ads will not load (no ad-related data collection occurs)
- Subscription verification is skipped until you reconnect
- Your last known subscription status is used temporarily
- All gameplay continues to function normally
8. Data Storage and Retention
8.1 Local Storage
All game data is stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences system. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not backed up to any cloud server by us
- Is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data
